About founder
Founder & CTO, CyServ Consulting LLC
With over 15 years of experience in the IT consulting space, Mobeen Asif brings a rare blend of technical depth, leadership clarity, and hands-on delivery to every engagement. Before founding CyServ Consulting LLC, Mobeen worked across both boutique consultancies and large-scale firms, as well as in-house roles—giving him a 360° view of what clients actually need (and what they don’t).
He holds multiple industry certifications, including Splunk Power User, Splunk Admin, Splunk Architect, Cribl COOE, Cribl CCSC, Security+, and CISSP. But more than the acronyms, Mobeen is known for leading by example. His philosophy is simple: don’t ask someone to do something you haven’t done yourself. He believes in building with integrity, solving with precision, and staying grounded in real-world experience.
Under his leadership, CyServ has grown from a one-client recovery mission into a multi-domain consulting firm trusted by public sector and enterprise clients alike. Whether it’s rebuilding a SIEM after a breach, designing an AI-driven observability pipeline, or leading a cloud security transformation—Mobeen’s fingerprints are on the architecture, the strategy, and the delivery.
Outside of work, Mobeen is all about team energy, outdoor adventures, and giving your all while being kind to others. He brings that same spirit to his company culture—where collaboration, curiosity, and doing the right thing aren’t just values, they’re the way business gets done
